How we work
When you decide to use our service for the very first time,
we will arrange to visit you in your home at a mutually convenient time.
At this point, we can meet your cat(s) and answer any questions you may have and you can tell us anything
that we need to know such as likes, dislikes, routines, diets and any special medication your cat(s) may be on.
We will then set up a profile for your cat. This consultation is free.
If you have a security system, you will need to show us how this operates.
We will also need to collect a spare, previously tested set of your house keys.
If these keys are not available on this consultation visit, an additional charge will be incurred.
BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
Bookings are accepted for any period of time from one day onwards.
We are busy throughout the year and especially at the peak holiday periods of June to September, Easter, Christmas/New Year. Therefore to avoid disappointment we strongly recommend you to make bookings as soon as you know your travel itinerary.
Payment: We accept cash, cheques & BACS payments.
